1. PUPPY PLAN: Ideal for dogs under 12 months of age

2.REGULAR WELLNESS PLAN: Ideal for dogs over 12 months of age

3. DELUXE WELLNESS PLAN: Ideal for dogs between 2-4 years of age.

4.KITTEN WELLNESS PLAN: Ideal for kittens less than 12 months of age.

5. FELINE SUPREME WELLNESS PLAN:  Ideal for cats over 4 years of age.
